Hi all, I'm in a band and I'm mixing our current demo on Logic Platinum 5.5.1 on our PC. We've got an EMU 0404 soundcard also, but most of the time I tell people I'm workin on Logic, they question why?

I jst wanted to ask, what do you think is better to work on if we're only workin with Audio? Logic or Cubase SX? I have both but I prefer working with Logic.

I'm looking for Logic Express but what is the recording lenght it can be?

What i mean is,is it posible to record about 3hours,5hours non-stop?

What i know is Ableton Live 4 can do that and very stabile,do Logic Express ok?

Forgive me if this question is silly, but i'm just getting to know all this stuff..

In Logic Express 7 .. it says it can record 12 analog inputs..

...i want to be able to record about 14 separate analog tracks (not all simultaneously) and be able to mix them in a single project. Is this possible with LE 7?

Are songs made with Logic Platinum 5.5.1 on WINDOWS able to open in Logic Pro 6 on MAC? :S

A friend is offering me a Tascam US122 Audio/MIDI Interface and Logic Express 6 for a total of $200. Obviously, I would be saving money as this is a $4-500 value, but would you recommend these products for home recording?

I'm hoping someone can help me for free or for fee. I'm in need of a MIDI environment for Logic that will enable my Souncraft 328XD to be used as a controller. I've tried multiple scenerios and I've finally given up. The environement on SOundcraft's website is for the old 328 and is a peice of crap.
