Getting Rid of Sizzling in my Monitors

I've been trying to pinpoint where the noises are coming from. I run all my gear through a Furman that is hooked through a UPS (to be extra anal) and the buzzes and hums got a little better but I still get sizzling. Not crackling, but sizzling.

Will hooking up something like a hum eliminator do the trick? I know it isn't a hum but could it be related?

Gear is:

Great monitors that won't cost you an arm for surround later.

I'm looking to buy some new monitors to replace my current setup. Currently I have the KRK5 Rockets and the Event 5's. I was looking at the JBL LSR 1428 speakers and at the moment I love them and they seem like they sound reliable. The price is a bit steep though ($1400 for pair) which got me wondering about when I want to expand to surround sound.

Question about Studio Monitors

I am lookin' at buying a studio bundle and in them comes the M-Audio BX5a 70 Watt Active Studio Monitors.

I'd like to know if any of you have used these monitors or any of the other equipment in this package and what your thoughts were on them?

Is the package a good deal? Everything looks clean and sound and is definatley a step up from Cool Edit.

Yamaha HS80M

I'm looking into getting some monitors and I have listened to the HS80M's and liked how my CD sounded through them at the store. They seemed to be clear and the low end was pretty good.

What does everyone like about them/why should I purchase these?

What is everyone's complaint with them/is there any reason that I should not purchase these monitors?

Thanks!
