Creating basic home studio for a violin
Hi all,
Hi all,
Hey all, i've been lurking around for a while and need some opinions
I'm buying equipment to record myself singing and playing guitar (for guitars it'll just be sm57- acoustic n electric)
The ones i've been looking at are Studio projects C1 and Audio technica AT4040... I'm poor so it can't be more than $300
Hi all, I'm new at recording.org, and happy to have found a great forum!
Hi All,
I'm not whether to post this in the budget or pro forum, but here it is.
I want to buy 2 large diaphragm condenser with switchable patterns (card. omni and eight).
Both the NT2A and the C3 are within my budget
Anyone knowing about a building available for my new studio on California's central coast, please contact me through honestmachine.com
I am thinking of using this to do what i was wanting to do.. that is to record my friends band using their mixer. this comes with hardware that seems to be what i need, but again, I'm not sure cause i know nothing about audio recording. if anyone has any input on this, please let me know. thanks
Hi There,
I am looking for a reasonable priced good sounding amp for my JBL LSR 32 monitors. Do you think CROWN XLS402 is a good studio amp? Thanks in advance

Hey there,
so...I'm looking to purchase (on the cheap) a set of studio monitors. I've used the little Yamaha's in years past. But, I don't know the model #. They were really popular back in the early 90's (it seemed like every studio I went in had a set of these). What I want to know is, what is the best, affordable studio reference monitor for the buck?
Years ago while recording an EP (1995-ish) our producer used a pair of Bose 301's for our recording project. I now own a pair of those speakers and am wondering if anybody can recommend or warn against using these as reference monitors for a home studio.

Hey Everybody. So, I know these types of questions come up quite a bit but I was hoping some of you can point me in the right direction for building a project Studio for somewhere in the area of 9k.
