Driving Avantone Mixcube via Apogee Duet2 Stereo Headphone Out?
Hi, I just registered and figured I'd jump in with a tech question. I hope to learn a lot from all of you and maybe even be able to contribute at some point howdy

I spent 18 years on the road as a electronic duo playing clubs using racks of midi gear and sequencers with a guitar. I took jobs away from 5 piece rock bands all the time. I helped build this nightmare.

Sampled Chimes
Hey All,
I have a tune Im working on at the moment and have a section where some sampled chimes come in courtesy of EZ drummer Latin Percussion. The chimes sound a bit lame.

Perfectionist Syndrome
Does anybody else suffer from this? I’ve been tracking guitars all day, but I’ve done hardly any work. There’s probably nothing wrong with the performance, it probably sounds okay, but take after take I find something wrong with it and delete it and start again.

snare vs. . OH
Hello!
i do have to mix this project where the OH tracks are really lacking snare...
Well, there is none of it in there...
The problem is i can't get the snare to fit with the rest, it's always in front of everything...
I tried EQs, comp, reverb,... but it still up infront of everything...
Has anybody ever dealt with that kind of problem?

Organ growl?
Hi Guys
Can anyone enlighten me on how to get a software B4 organ to "Growl"
My reference music is Sheryl Crow's song "Change" (A Change will do you good).
In the song's chorus there is a organ chord played and released, which is the growl I'm referring to.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks
