mixing with Sonar low volume
when i get done mixing something with Sonar 3.. the levels look good, the sound wave levels dont look too loud or soft.. they are about 75-80% at their peeks. but when i mix it all down to a wav, the sound is much too low. how do i fix this. and can i increase the volume on each track by Xdb without it distorting? should i mix with them at their loudest level or what?

m-aduio delta 1010/Sonar 3/general questions
please, this might be slighly unorthodox and possibly inappropriate, but i'm having major issues with the 1010. for whatever reason, it's completely alien to me and have no idea even where to start.

Problem with out of sync audio in Sonar 3 - Need help!
I've just bought a new PC and am experiancing major problems with audio tracks going out of sync in Sonar 3 Producer Edition.
Sonar 3 has automatable plugin feature?
whats up! to anyone using Sonar 3, i was wondering if the plugins had automation capability... such as, if you only wanted lets say one snare hit to have the effect plugin trigger for only that moment, can that be done?

Logic or Nuendo or Sonar or Pro Tools LE
Here's a discussion I would love to see. Say you have $4000 to buy the software and A/D/D/A interface for a new DAW you are building, you want it to be as professional as possible, perhaps even a level above project studio.
So obviously you can't afford Pro Tools HD, only LE. I would really like to know two things,
Question 1:
Which software do you choose and why?

Pre bundled effects in Pro Tools LE vs. . Sonar
How do the included effects plugins in these two apps compare?
I need the best quality for the money.
Pro Tools has the BombFactory stuff and a Moogerfooger analog delay.
Sonar has a Lexicon Pantheon Reverb and the Sonitus Effects Suite and some other stuff..
How do these compare?
Sonar 4 vs. . Pro Tools LE
I'm sure these threads are common, but I'm new here and wanted to get some opinions.
I am looking into a DAW with as good sound quality as possible.
I like what I see about the Pro Tools Digi 002 system and that's what I'm leaning towards right now.

Sonar3producer
My friend and I are recording some rock songs on his computer. He has Sonar3 producer edition, but we are kind of overwhelmed with the abundance of effects and gadgets that mess with the sound. What are the basic processors on the program that we should look at to get a good but real sound.

Sonar 3.0 editing question
Hi Gang, I'm tracking on a Mackie SDR 2496 and then transferrring files to DAW for mixing. the SDR doesn't offer any sort of rendering, so when I get tracks imported to Sonar, punches show up as seperate takes of the original track, and assigned their own track in Sonar. SDR uses broadcast wave format, which is timestamped.
