Stage PA Amp 101 question
I have a stereo amplifier. It's a really powerful Ashly that is nice sounding. (Not really important to this topic). Being that it has two channels, can I run a mono mix to front of house (two speakers only @ 8 ohms) on one side of the amp. .And run stage monitors on the other channel ? I have a sneaky suspicion its ok as long as my ohm load is equal on both channels. Or, am I wrong.

How to solve rumbling on the stage caused by Subs?
Hello experts,
Jarjar here. Misa confused about Subs causing rumble on the stage.
I worked as stage hand to a concert last week. They had problems with this rumbling movement caused by the subs. The subs were positioned in front of the stage, piled in 6 pairs, so there were 12 subs in total. But the vibration the subs caused was annoying for the musicians on stage.
Stage Accompany M57 Studio Monitor.
Hello,
as a Stage Accompany and audio enthusiast I would like to know if you people ever heard about the SA M57 Studio Monitor.
A quick search at this forum gave no hit at all of the SA M57.
Some say the SA M57 is one of the best natural sounding (ribbon loaded) studio monitors ever build.
The M57 has also a big(ger) brother, the M59.

Drums in a stage show - soundproofing?
Hi guys, at our school we do quite a few musicals, sometimes a couple a year. The way we always stage them is to use the hall floor for the actors to perform on (ie. it is performed 'in the round') and the band go on the stage.

stage monitors
I'm investigate the requirements to upgrade our church monitors. We currently have an acoustic guitar, keyboard, piano, organ, drum set, three backup vocalists and lead vocalists. All of which are supported by one monitor feed (Guitar, organ and drums are not included in feed).
