Anybody using wavelab?

What is the appropriate way to do sample rate conversion?

I have been setting up all my fx in a chain like EQ (in the plugin section) L2 (in dither section)
Then I hit render and select 44.1k in the sample rate section of the save file menu.

The results seem sub-optimal.

Hello there.I am finishing up mastering a quick project of a live show,using Wavelab 3.0 (I know it has been replaced,but it runs rock solid,and I have the Waves Gold Bundle)Is there a way to open two finished montages in the same window at the same time.Peace- Barefoot

I use a PC with Wavelab pretty much exclusively (Sound Forge sometimes, although I like Wavelab better). I really like the spectralizer that comes with Wavelab for adding clarity and definition. I was wondering if there were any other DX pluginsthat do the same thing with more control over the frequency, ie used in the lower harmonics as well the upper ones.

I create and audio mantage click on the CD tab and click on edit CD text. I enter titles for each song and the composer field. Then burn the disc, but nothing shows up in winamp or other players.

Any ideas?

Anybody know why Wavelab will not see my HP-Writer? It will not see it from either Basic Audio CD or Montage for burning purposes. It does recognize it for import purposes. It is listed under help/System info so it does recognize it's there but when I try to 'Write CD' from anywhere it will not list the burner. What's up? Anyone? J

Hey guys. I have a delima. I started a project a couple years go and did three songs recorded at 44.lk/16 bit. Since then, I moved up to 44.1/24 bit. When I open my mixes in Wavelab 4.0, the 16 bit mixes have some type of digital distortion or something and I noticed some "unders" when looking at the bit meter. Has anyone ever heard of this?

Ok folks...for those of you who don't know this I might as well fill you in...When I first installed Wavelab on to my system at work I was messing around with the FFT and the UV22 analysis...as I was doing this one of our lead engineers saw that and said hey, those slopes are backwards. So.

I just upgraded from WL 3.0 to 4.0. It states that I should raise my graphics from 16 bit to 24 bit. However, my computer seems to only support 16 bit or 32 bit...Where's 24 bit? Do I really need it? Or will it just slow down my PC?
