Hey guys. I just ordered the WavesC4 plug. One day after ordering somebody offered me the NPP pack (L1, C1, Q10 etc) for a fairly reasonable price. It was from 1997 however. (don't know which version, but with dongle)

My own mastering projects are not for mass-productions (2500+), only for smaller projects. Should I buy the NPP packet also, or will the C4 just do fine ?

Just installed the public beta version of Waves 3.2.1 MAS Automation and the Ren Reverb 3.2.1. (currently running DP 2.72 on iMac DV 400 MHz, MacOS 9.03, 512M RAM)

I don't believe it. I just figured out exactly what is wrong with my control room. I am suprised that anything I've ever done in here has been even listenable.

I know this is a DAW question, but I would suppose it relates to engineering. I have the PPII Renaissance collection, what are some other Plugins that are as good or better for Direct X? Thanks :confused:

I know this is regarding DAW stuff, but none of the real engineers hang out over there :p Anybody had a chance to compare the new UA digital eq and compression to the Waves Rennaisance EQ and compressor yet?

Waves3.0 is now online, has anyone updated yet?
