pro tools bounce in ADAT clock source

I need some advice from some of you pro tools users. I recently did a project where i chained up 2 digi002s. i of course changed the clock setting to ADAT. When it comes time to bounce i have some troubles. During the bounce it plays back at the right time. After its done and i import to itunes or windows media player the song is sped up. Any advice on how i can most easily get this right?

SMPTE to MTC / Word Clock in Pro Tools LE? What is What?

Heres the scenario: I am trying to transfer 8 tracks of analog (one with SMPTE) into my computer using a SMPTE to MTC (JL Cooper) box into a Midi to USB cable (sync) through a pair of nice converters. This forces me to dump tracks two at a time and line them up by hand in PT.

Another Word Clock Question.

Is a distribution box preferrable in a situation where I chain my word clock this way :

(AD-16x WC out) > (DA-16x WC in) > (DA-16x WC out) > (MOTU 2408 WC in)

...where I import the digital output of the AD-16x via the 2408's ADAT inputs and likewise take the ADAT outputs of the 2408 and send them to the inputs of the DA-16x?

Do you terminate the word-clock?

Now the reason I ask this (please answer truthfully) is that I visited a music shop today. The shop in question sells quite a bit of pro equipment, among that Pro Tools HD systems. And the person I met had never seen a terminated word-clock. They did not have any T-couplings and no terminations in store. Maybe it was only that single person, but I'm in doubt.
