can't hurt... preamp tubes are dirt-cheap and you can swap 'em yourself. Depending on the age/condition and type of the tube you're running right now, it may make a huge difference or none-at-all. Only one way to find out...

I recently got some Mullard 12AT7's from them. Very good prices and quick turnaround. I put some NOS Raytheons and Westinghouse tubes in some other channels (ART Pro MPA's). The sonic quality improvement was very noticeable. Go for it!
