I'd say it depends on a few things; your budget, the size and shape of your head and how you intend to use them.
If you can afford them and they fit you comfortably and you intend to use them alongside a good pair of monitors (speakers) for tracking and to check mixes, I can highly recommend the Sennheiser HD-650 model.
However, any one (or all) of these things might not suit you/the way you work, which is why the best bit of advice I can give you is go to a retailer and try out as many pairs of headphones within your budget as you can get your hands on and go home with the ones that suit you best.
