Looking to upgrade audio gear for high quality stereo recordings. Need a mike that will work both indoors and outdoors and have very low level of noise. For example the Neumann USM 69 i - which has windscreen and windjammer accessories, so it means Neumann sells them for outdoor use also. I am thinking that Pearl DS60 might be a better choice, but maybe they are entirely unsuitable for outdoors?
Or should I be really looking at Pearl TL 4 or TL 44 or MS 8. Any experiences with these or other Pearl mikes?

Schoeps are some of the most common outdoor mics used in existence and they'll set you back beween $1500 and $3000 each.
What is it you are hoping to record here? Just vocals? Instrumental ensembles?
Omni mics are far less succeptible to wind, but obviously, in an outdoor environment is not exactly the best place for an omni.
I couldn't tell you which of the above is best for your situation since-
1 - I'm not familiar with Pearl mics
2 - I don't know the exact space you're using them in
I can say that the NT4 comes with a very nice and effective windscreen and is a very good sounding microphone
