I'm also in the market for a pair of SDCs for classical location recording. A couple of mics not yet mentioned are Elation KM201s, the upcoming Studio Projects C4, and Earthworks TC30K. The Earthworks mic is omni only, so that may not interest you, but that is what I am personally looking for. Here are some links:

By the way, if you have another pair of matched SDC's to mention, please do. I am considering KM184's and AKG C451B's and Rode NT5's. The KSM141's seem quite versatile with selectable omni/cardioid, and bass roll off / pad.
