Help! Control 24 motorized faders

the damndest thing. come in for a session, they arent working. been a busy week in that particular control room, lots of young-ens. everything seems to be good, but the faders arent sliding up...even in the vegas test mode. seems to be a hardware problem, not software. does anyone know anything?

This might work on the off chance that it is some missbehaving softare.

Alot of us have had to do it.

Just make sure Digi doesn't charge you $.01

They made em wrong.

The new ones work great though.

Give your self a couple of hours to switch them
