You might want to check with Don Grossinger in the mastering forum. I know he cuts.

Except that it would be an acetate and not vinyl and could be played a limited amount of times (less than 15 plays). The cost of making one vinyl record would be cost prohibitive since you would have to go though all the steps to make a vinyl disk including cutting, plating, and stamping. Look into DUB plates. Do a search in your web browser under dub plate production. There are companies that specialize in this market.
