Hi!

Why my tone is lost in this:

Guitar---Rocktron Pro Gap Ultra (send to)---Digitech 128 Plus(return to)--- Rocktron Progap Ultra---output--- Amp

When i use the mix button in the back of the Rocktron or in the Digitech my guitar tone lost some db's and the sound is very weak...

I have the sound coming to the speakears but the tone is very weak... and lost 4 to 8 db's... Why?

The cable's are in shape and very small...

Regards

I really don't know here, but, are the cables really "in shape"? Inotherwords, have you put an ohm meter to each cable and made sure it is wired correctly per the "pinout" diagrams with your equipment? Are "balanced" cables truly "balanced"? An unbalanced or improperly configured cable(Even from the store this happens) can still "work", but at a loss of up to 12 db...

Hi!

Tha cables are fine... i'm in the unbalanced world! How can i put this thing working balanced?

The strange thing is when i tap the loop off button in the digitech all of my db's came to normal... like if i was using only the Pro Gap Preamp.

The same in the preamp, when i put the loop off is nice but when i turn it on... and moving the output effect button don't make great changes... at the maximum outup in the digitech i can have the same db's when the pream work's alone...

This loop thing are killing me...
