Hi,
I am trying to track guitars into Sonar 7 producer using guitar rig 4 as a vst plugin . When setting Sonar so that i can hear the "distorted amp sim" in real time while tracking it creates crazy latency. I tried taking my latency down to 10 seconds and its better, but still has a lag feel when tracking fast solo style parts.

I have noticed that when using Samplitude 11 and guitar rig 4 there is no such latency issue at all, i just load the plugin , arm the track, and wa la great guitar tone.

Any suggestions?
