I have 6 outs on my headphone amp.
Looking for a total of 6 headphones for my middle school recording studio.

I think I want to get 2 pairs of the Vic Firth Isolation headphones.

I am looking for 3 pairs of headphones for tracking, hopefully in the price range of 20 to 30 US dollars.

Also, I need one pair for mixing, with a budget of 50-60.

Any recommendations?

I've found the Sennheisers in that price range to be quite useful. They have both closed and open back at about $25. They seem to go on sale on Amazon pretty often. The cables are pretty flimsy, so you'll have to watch your middle-schoolers. In fact, I think that most headphones will disintegrate just from being in the same room as a group of middle-shcoolers.

I like the Sony MDR V-150 better than expensive phones for drummers, as they fit tight and are very loud with plenty of low end. Only $20. Great for tracking but I would never mix anything with em. One drawback is they wont handle being sat on. Not much durability to be found in that price range, though pretty much disposable at that price.
