I'm in the process of creating a website and was hoping to get some feedback on whether it sounds of interest to anyone.
Pro Tools Digistudio is really amazing and I've done a lot of records and know many amazing players, editors, mixers here in L.A.
My site will be called StudioCats.com and it will be offering anyone connected to Digistudio access to pro session players to perform on their songs. For example someone in Sweden wants Steve Lukather to put some guitars on their track...I'll arrange the session, studio and either engineer it myself or if there's a specific engineer wanted I'll arrange the session & make sure it's working properly. I know "bait & switch' comes to mind but I'll take a digital photo of the session & email for proof that it was Lukather playing.
I have several studio pricing options from low budget to $2k a day.
Editing & mixing will be offered as well.
Does this sound like something that could fly?

Sounds cool. I think it would work. I'd be interested in doing something like that in my region too. It would be cool if you kinda franchised the Idea so you could get more of a network started. Let me know how it goes.
