Anyone have any experience with this (the recording version)? I know Earthworks makes some sweet mics, but only 3 mics to record a great drum kit? Sounds a little strange.

There has been a buzz about the cool little "Kick Pad" inline Pad+EQ. And I have heard nothing but praise towards the Earthworks mics, and their extremely accurate response to 40KHz. This should imply their 20KHz response is VERY uniform - Perfect for cymbals and transients. Stickers nailed it IMO. For a "Recorderman" setup - I could see this as a hard combo to beat... Man, I need a good drum room, and some more mics :(
