When i boot up the PC, i hear no Beep except for some very little noise which is normal with my active speakers.

As soon as the Sounddriver boots up, the BEEEEEEEEEEEP starts .. When i screw around with the samplerate, the
Beep also changes, it gets thinner, or worse.

Man, i'm sorry to hear that cable didn't work. Is it the same type as the one from the link? Is it clear? Can you see that it's braided? Trust me, all cables are not created equal. I have a Motif also, an older one an ES6. I have the Firewire card for it but I can't use it because Yamaha dosen't make Win7 drivers for it, so i feel your pain. The suggestion for trying another PC that has Firewire is a valid one. If you have an entry level PC it may not be capable of managing FW, even if it does have a FW port. Some of the lower budget cpu's just wont cut it. Quality componets & construction are crucial if you're using your PC for DAW purposes .

I noticed the sound comes from my COMPUTER ... i guess my processor or something - I pulled the Firewire cable out, and the sound got WAY less, but i can still hear the exact same whiney sound.

So this sound gets put over to the monitor speakers when i plug everything in....

So what the hell is this sound then?!?!?

A poorly implemented motherboard design.

Can you record the sound coming out of your speakers with a mic (make sure the channel strip doesn't go to an output or you'll get awesome feedback) and post it here for everyone to hear?

I figured it was my CPU, and i looked around and it seems DISABLING C1E at the BIOS solved it!!!!!!

Good find. I had to read up on the C1E to find out what it is and what it does. Puts the CPU into a low voltage, Hi-Z state to save on power consumption. I wonder why it was causing that noise? I would have never figured that out... well done!!

Yeah, i noticed the Beep persisted when i shut down my speakers, i thought it was echo'ing in my head or something, hehe. But when i heard it coming from the PC i layed it open, and i noticed it was the CPU

Wait a minute. You're saying the sound was not coming from any speakers but somehow emitted by the CPU itself? Crazy!!

Well, come to think of it, maybe the low-power mode was causing the CPU fan to spin at a non-optimal rate and produce a squeal. I've had a fan go bad on a GPU that was VERY loud.
