Hi all
I am putting the finishing touches on a home studio and would like to purchase a simple keyboard controller to trigger some sound modules, soft synths and samplers.

Keyboard is not my primary instrument, this would be for customers coming to my studio. I would like to do it as inexpensive as possible with the following conditions...
88 keys
Piano weighted key action
Good velocity response
No sounds required
Minimum, pitch and mod wheel
MIDI out (only pointing this out because I am also considering a used digital piano)

Other than that I don't believe I need anything as I would do any layering setup, sounding editing, etc at the sound source

I'd really appreciate it if I could get some direction on new/used and make/model.
