Odd...I had a warning come up that says I have a missing extension (funny, it doesn't LOOK any shorter).
Anyone know what or where this might be? Hmmm...don't know where I lost it. I looked in Sherlock2, but didn't find it. Would I be able to find and load this extension singularly off of one of the CDs? If so, how can I safely do so? Is it possible to load this extension by itself without reloading the whole system? Everything seems to be running fine, but I wouldn't want to have any problems down the road, at the worst possible time (past "Murphy's Law" victim).
The missing extension is "Installer Cleanup INIT kajr".
Help here would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting indeed...have you tried running Norton's Disk Doctor? Maybe the system folder has gotten corrupt somehow and it's there but invisible. I've seen that once but not sure if that is the case. Havent seen that extension so I couldnt tell you what program that is from to say pull it off of the program that installed it.

Hold that thought...did a search on msn.com and it seems to be a quicktime thang..try reinstalling quicktime and see if that helps! God..I love the friggen internet too much!! LOL
let me know

1. Usually when you boot up and get the "missing extension" message your asked if you want to save a report. This lists what extensions are missing. Yes, you can replace a copy of this missing extension in the extensions folder ( in youir system folder) and reboot.
2. I would absolutely, 200%, recommend the following Uttilities: TechTool Pro 3.0(newest version) & Disk Warrior. These Utillities ROCK. They make norton seem like the dark ages.

Since I've purchased these utilliies, I've had nary a peep from my computer.
