I Am Going 2 Be Sounding-Proofing A Closet Out & Recording...I Am An Electro/Acoustic/Indie/Hip Hop Artist By The Way.

I think you should read up on the differences between mixers, control surfaces, and interfaces. The first 2 look the same but the third is what you need.
Also, I think you should get a SSL. Wait, you don't have that budget? How was I supposed to know!
