ctrl out goes to your monitors.....main out goes to your 2 track recorder (outboard cd burner, 1/4 or 1/2" 2-trak tape) and phones out is where you plug in your headphones

So what do I connect the outs and ins of the soundcard to?
Connect the outs of the soundcard to a line in of the mixer?
If so, won't it create a feedback loop?
Which output of the mixer should I connect to the ins of the soundcard?
