Instructions are included with products that you purchase, like the instructions included with that unit. They're not included with units that you steal.

Magazines and books explaining all of this stuff are available at your local music store, where you may have purchased this device?

EQ high - high frequencies. you can (presumably) turn them up or turn them down.
EQ low - lower frequencies. you can (presumably) turn them up or turn them down.
Chorus/Delay Send - sounds like an effects send. send voices that you want effects on through this ... maybe vocals, keyboards, or guitar
Reverb Send - voices that need reverb would be sent through this one. vocals, maybe snare
Pan - to control the Left-Right mix of each instrument.
V-Take - no idea
Fader - uh...
Stereo Link - i dont know the Zoom at all, so this could mean a few different things.

after typing this up, i should have just said something like "what Remy said" because this seems so childish.

This will answer most of your own questions..
When I first started 6 yrs ago.. Thats all I did.
What does this do ? Why doesnt it sound like the cd's I bought? What are they doing that I am Not? How do I make it better?

!000's of hrs later and 6 yrs.. I still ask myself those same Questions. And my recordings are still getting better..
