I have just bought a pair of external cross overs, developed by Derek Hughes and marketed by Graham audio especially for the Rogers 5/8 to enable the user to use any power amp and not be limited by the Quad 405 and its rather badly designed cross-over.

Has anyone had some positive experiences with this ?

I am doing some amateur movie work with a very small crew(me) and a small cast of actors. I would like to be able to remove the directors voice from the finished soundtrack. I'm new at audio stuff but have a good deal of other types of computer editing (video game development).

I was given the Kemper Profiler on load for a few weeks to try out in my studio. Wow! It was outstanding. We were busy with a recording session at the time and I was so impressed that I decided to use it exclusively in the session. It turned out looking like a Kemper demo but I think that you'll agree - the tone was pretty convincing.
