I had a visit from a former customer. He came in as a trio in 2001, it was the second year I started to record.
After a nice conversation and old stories. I went in my archives and found one of his song which is a humorous blues about stinky feet. Nothing serious..

So I am fairly new to folly audio recording. I was looking around youtube for how folly artist (from a beginner standpoint) typically would go about getting into folly sound production. One video recommended that I could start with a mid side audio setup for doing stereo and mono sound and recording it into a zoom H4N. So is that what you guys would suggest?

Sorry, I might have posted this in the wrong group earlier. I'm looking for folks who have used the Genelec 8010a. I'm considering buying them for travel gigs. If I use them at home I can easily tune a sub in with the system using Smaart. Im just not sure if these will perform. Thanks in advance!
