gobo gluing issue
I built myself three 4 ft x 6 ft gobos, each made from a framed piece of ¾ inch plywood, a layer of 1/8 inch high-mass vinyl, and three 2x4 batts of acoustical/fire rockwool. Each batt is wrapped first in light tracing paper to keep fibers in, then all the batts are wrapped in theatrical polyester muslin fabric, which is durable and fire-resistant, if not entirely acoustically transparent.

.dll in the hell?
Okay, this is my first post here. First off, let me start by saying that I've been studying this forum for many years, and never signed up because I was using a KORG D16 for many years, and had always just used their forum if there were any questions I had.

Ocean Breeze by Pablo Cruise
I just discovered these guys are still playing. Saw them in 1976.
For the 70's crowd here... Enjoy, one of my favourite bands and songs. I learned this entire album years back. Makes me want (wish) to pick up my guitar and start playing again.
Great musicians.

Has anyone heard of this LANDR Mastering?
I came across this LANDR mastering on Soundcloud the other day, So the curious side of my brain went "hmmmm...what this 'ere, then, eh?" and I had to take a look further.
If you join LANDR via Soundcloud they offer a "mastering " service for your mixes.
This ought to be good I thought

Vocoder VSTi for Cubase
I'm just finishing a track for a show - Carpenters - Calling Occupants of Interplanetary Craft, and have a new respect for Richard Carpenter's orchestrations - as in it's taken me three days so far, two bars at a time to pull out what each instrument and voice is actually playing - but that bits done.

Free well regarded room mode calculator has mobile edition.
this calculator has a great rep around the www. I find it super useful, and love the way it graphically depicts the hot/cold spots in a given set of dimensions.
A question about compression
So I have been trying out every thing I learn here, but have a question which might be a little basic.

Orban 622B Parametric EQ
I was wondering if anyone could tell me a little about the Orban Parametric Eq model 622B ?
I have come across one which has come out of a broadcast facility in Oz. I really don't know much about these units.
With the age I'd expect it would require recapping, but I'm keen to know if anyone is familiar with or has used one in their travels and if its worth taking a look at.
