I want to be able to offer my customers who want their audio material transferred to another medium the options to transfer to HDCD, SACD,DVD-A and DTS CD.

Also right now I can only take vinyl, cassette tape, VHS tape and Mini-DV tape as sources. I also want to accept reel to reel, 8-track tapes, BeTascam tape and multitrack tape.

I have a surround speaker set up and ive used line in on my card and the mic input,usually better results in the line in but on both i cant use the live input monitor,I'm not too sure what you mean by how things are routed but when I'm about to record on audio track one i choose next to the 'in' tab 'stereo sb audigy' and at the 'out' tab sb audigy audio,ive checked the mixing latency settings

Hey, I got a problem ya see. If I use logic audio, and try to go to another program(wmp,Sonar,acid, whatever) I get an error saying the program couldn't open the audio device. I have to restart the machine.

This may me a lot to ask but I would like to create a set of reference CDs for every type of music out there. In other words I want everybody's input on what they think are the absolutely best mastered CDs out there for a particular genre of music. Ex Rock, Metal, opera, classical, hip-hip etc. Thanks.
