Help me choose a USB mic!
I know this question comes around quite often but here's what I need:
My friends and I are recording some Hymns. As "unconventional" as it is - We are all doing it from our own houses (different states). I know the quality will not be GREAT but for our lives, it's what we can do.

Measurement mic for Piano Tuning Software?
Much disputed! The engineers and piano tuner/designers of "TuneLab", "Verituner," "Sanderson Accutuner" etc etc--all high-endpiano-tuning programs tell you, basically, NOT to spend money on a measurement microphone.

Best Mic for Voice-over recordings
Hi everyone,
I'm new to the audio world and I want to record some voice-overs and videos spending between $ 50-100.
The best options I found so far (maybe I'm wrong):
1) An USB mic such as "Blue Microphones Snowball USB"
2) A normal mic, such as "Shure SM48-LC Vocal Dynamic Microphone"

Another mic?
When I got started with recording my band, I thought you just tossed up some mics and recorded and fixed t all in the mix. I have learned a lot since then and recognize where our limitations are for space, etc. we use a rented space that has some treatment. I have Logic at home and a Yamaha AW1600 for mobile recording. Have KRK VXT4 monitors.

Mic setup
Hello everybody.
I posted a thread a couple of weeks ago about an old AKG C34 microphone. Now, I decided to sell it, because it's too fragile and narrow for my use. So; I just got a Maycom field recorder (Easycorder), and now I would like your view on which mic-setup that would fit my use. I work as a radio journalist / podcaster.

Problems With Samson G Track USB Microphone
Hello there. I initially saw reviews and video samples online of the Samson G Track and it seemed to work ideally for what I needed.
But I got it today and I have to say I am a bit disheartened.
The sound is extremely distorted with a lot of white noise. I tried fiddling around with it a bit such as lowering it to 0HZ on the Microphone settings but to no avail.
