I'm wanting to get a new recording system for my studio and i was looking at the digi 002 as it has 8 analog inputs plus something like 8 firewire inputs.

Just in case anyone else uns into this

Running a MAC G5 dual 1.8 Panther 10.3.5

Running Cubase SX 2.0.2

When i downloaded all of the FREE VST's for MAC OSX and loaded them into my Plugin/VST foler Cubase would crash

I finally watched the start up sequence and saw what it was crashing on

I downloaded the MAC OSX free VST's

Put them in a folder and into the VST Plug in's section for Cubase

now Cubase crashes every time i try and start it

rebooted numerous times

I am running Cubase SX 2 on a MAC G5. I purchased a UAD-1 Studio PAK and have it loaded.

I am also pretty new to recording so if you need more info that I haven't presented please let me know

My questions is this

For vocals (female, acoustic based music in the vein of Dave Mathews etc)

Great for routing (including balanced signals), great to have a turntable input, and great to have a monitor volume control closely at hand but, not so great at $895 Australian Dollars (my guess is about $US640).

Ok here's the deal. Let's say I wanna power a 300Wrms 8ohms bass guitar speaker and a pair of 150Wrms 16ohms guitar speakers in parellel (so 300Wrms@8ohms if I'm not mistaken).

That's 2 channels at 300Wrms 8ohms each.

I'm thiking about buying either of these headphones but i am unsure on which one to get.. the prices are only 10-15 differnce.
i mostly listen to trance if that helps. i also will be using this moslty on my pc. thanks
