Saw this on facebook and thought that it would solve my current situation if getting some songs recorded with video.

It does both. But is the video really good? I am thinking I might still have to use my Focusrite and record.

Yesterday, my computer's cooling fan started kicking into high ever few minutes or so.
This is the cooling fan on the bottom of the tower, not the intake fan over the power supply

It did this without any warning or symptoms...

Hi, selling my friends Prism Sound Orpheus FireWire Recording Interface. The device is in perfect working order and in spite of some mild rack usage signs (tiny scratches on top and bottom) is great to look at. My friend was it's second owner. He decided to sell it because he got hooked on Hi-End AD/DA and now want's to upgrade to more channels.

I currently own the RME UFX interface, but time has come to make use of the ADAT connections and expand the inputs and outputs. Googling around there are not so many options to choose from. Most common may be the Behringer ADA8200 and the Focusrite octopre mic preamp. To suit my needs better i am considering the Octopre MKII dynamic.

Often (not always), when I start playing a sound file or video on my Laptop (MacBook Pro), I get a very audible "spike/click" in my speakers (Dynaudio BM5 MK3, connected via Presonous Audiobox USB) before the playback starts. This happens especially often, when listening to something on the internet. What can I do against that?
