How do you record a group or choir with just 4 headphones available in the vocal room?

I always enjoy reading how people approached recording situations, so I thought I would share my latest here. I don't post much, but I read every day and appreciate all the good ideas and advice I have seen here on the forum over the years.

An interesting view on the industry of music :

I am looking for a reliable workhorse microphone that will be used for 90% vocals. There will be both male and female vocalists focusing on pop and EDM. I will be running the mic through an apollo rack 8 and the room is nicely treated by gik acoustics. The problem is, I haven't been able to DECIDE which microphone to buy...and I can not afford both.

I would like to get an idea as to how is it possible to get a piano sound such as Nils'?

We are developing two new products. One will be a lower cost product that we are calling the M200, while the other will be our flagship M7 upgrade.

I'm using the MXL 770 along with the Behringer U-Phoria UM2. Now, the Behringer use to make a lot of noise until i updated a driver. I knew it was the audio interface since i disconnected the actual recorder from it, and the laptop still allowed me to record. Now after that problem is gone, i still find background noise when connecting to the condenser mic.

I'm wondering whether you always recording with Highest Sample Rate? Or... 44.1 will do?

Besides room acoustic, do we really need a B&W for Mastering reference? Or... a KRK 2.1 system will do? Perhaps, a Stereo pair does it job?
