after much research decided on intel ddr mobo, would appreciate any recommendations on the best one to use in particular with midiman audiophile+any problems/successes people have had

Your opinions.Where does it sound better?(Drums,Guitars? etc.)

While everyone's in the mood talking about consoles, I am keen to hear some opinions about the above one. :w:

How do you get patches from the expansion cards in a 1080 to show up in the patch window in DP?

I recently downloaded Logic Fun, and the midi out on my keyboard is not working. The cable is brand new, and I checked the connections, they're just fine. Midi in works great. I'm using a Casio CTK-530 keyboard. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I have been hereing very good things about the Ghost! I had made a mistake with purchaseing a Mackie 32 channel VLZ, but I am returning it for a full refund.

I would consider getting one used (this is the 24 channel)

Since I have great mic preamps, I am not too concerned with the on board pre, but can anyone tell me how the Ghosts are?

i know people have had trouble with the via chipsets, but a lot of reviews say this board is an "overclockers wet dream" as one put it. so any feed back?

hello, I have written music for awhile in the pop/rock format and would like to finally record them all and be done with them so to speak. I was hoping there was some way to record all the guitar and bass tracks to all the songs ( around 100 songs ) through direct input and then allow my voice to get stronger over the next year or so before doing the vocals.
