Audio-Technica's CURRENT Equivalent of the AT 3035?

I use an AT-3035 from Audio-Technica for vocals which I'm pretty happy with. A friend of mine wanted a recommendation so I wanted to recommend the AT 3035, but it's come to my attention that it's out of production now, so I was wondering if Audio-Technica had a modern day equivalent for this microphone?

Do I need interface? or mixer? help!

Hi I'm a little confused about what I need to set up my studio. I've had little experiences with it but have played around at a couple other studios. Right now I have a casio keyboard with a midi out and a electric guitar. I'm about to purchase a Roland MV-8000 from a pawn shop for $600 also my parents are about to buy me a new imac and hopefully I'll get Logic with it.

Audio gets recorded BEFORE where it should be.

Hey, first post here... I'm still a n00b at audio recording, so bare with me please... I've got an Audio Kontrol 1, using it with Cakewalk Sonar X1, and just starting to get it going. I've been watching some tutorial video to get me started, and after I learned some basics, I figured I'd give recording a quick shot. Well, I got a weird problem.
