What kind of drum machine can get that sound? Thanks for any help.:confused:

In the song The Tip Of The Iceberg by Owl City, there is an effect around 1:40 when he says "And your lungs crystallize". I have been wondering ever since I heard what effect it is. Does anyone know? It sounds almost as if the sound is traveling forward and backward.

So after a fair amount of background work, a friend of mine is assembling a computer for me (with components I've purchased) - I simply can't afford to buy one already built. A feature one typically reads about is the so-called "tweaking" to optimize for pro audio. Some dealers boast of numerous tweaks that they do. What type of things are these folks doing to optimize?

Hi,How did they patch rack fx in the old days If I try to put more than one fx inline I get tone suck. Can you run more than one DDL or DDL with a Reverb inline :confused:

Hi kids. Uncle Dogg simply checking in and wanted you all to know whats up at Drool'n Dogg Productions these days. Finished, in January, all the tracking of a Blues record I'm producing, with the keys going on at the 'new' studio. The Clubhouse Studio is no more. The Drool'n Dogg Ranch takes its place. I want to simulate a bass guitar with my acoustic guitar to add into recordings. What pedals etc will accomplish this? I am looking for simplicity and would rather not spend a whole lot, cause I ain't got much $
I haven't even tried using this multi track recorder yet. I'm 61 years old and tech stuff scares heck outa me!
