Hi, I'm new here and new to Pro Tools so I don't know much. I am using the Ueberschall Elastik 3 player to assign drum loops to my midi keyboard. The problem is, the loops only run as long as I hold the key down. I need them to run when I engage the key and turn off when I depress it a second time. I read the Akai manual and I think they refer to this as setting keys to toggle. I can't get it to work. Can anyone tell me an easy way to activate this toggle feature? Thank you very much.
I would like some input on how best to cable all my synths (5) to the Akai DR8 hardware recorder.
Please look at the attached image link for all the details.
Any help is most appreciated!
I wanted to know how much power consumption it takes.
I wasn't able to find my answer anywhere.
Please help me.
I want to use it on my keyboard.

Not sure if this is the right location to post:
I am using Fruitloop to record keyboard and guitar via Focusrite iTrack solo. Two channels are recorded individually.
I recorded guitar first, no problem. When I started recording keyboard over the guitar, it sounded like the notes from the keyboard come off a bit early. I am pretty sure I pressed keystrokes in time with guitar strumming, but the playback sounds off.
btw, existing floppies load just fine so the drive is ok. and yes, I have checked the write protect.
I am sure I am doing something dumb. Does anyone have any experience with these things?
Check it out!
