SM Pro Audio equipment
Is anyone familiar with the equipment this company makes?
I'm starting to see their stuff available around here and on the web, but I don't know anything about them. Their stuff is priced very competitively and they can write a compelling sentence.
I was looking at their headphone amplifier.

Creating sound for Games, Cartoons. Equipment, Software
I want to try to mess around with sound for cartoons and games. What I am really interested in creating. Sound Fx. So I understand that a lot of sounds can be recorded live, but what if you want some blaster sound etc... What Software do I need for that? What keyboard? I was thinking to begin with M-audio Oxygen or E-mu Xboard... Any suggestions? Thank you.

My name's Brett, i'm from Jax Florida and i'm in a band Post Faction. We've been touring/playing for a few years now, recorded a few EP's with some well known producers, and now i'm ready for the recording fun in the comfort of my home.

I'v decided on getting the PreSonus firepod for the interface but cant decide on if i need a preamp with an eq and compressor or a separate eq and compressor.

Equipment for Holophonic Recordings?
I was hoping someone might be able to shed a bit of light on the world of holophonics for me. I've searched and searched but the only information I get are the basics. Nothing about the required equipment to both record as well as produce the interference signal to make holophonic recording possible.
