I keep getting the error 'disc too slow or system overload'

I am recording a guitar combo jacked to the max and the recording keeps stopping with the same error. Could I be overloading the interface?

Marshall AVT50 > SM57 > PreSonus FireBox > Logic

Yea I'm new to pro tools but man i have learn a lot over the past couple days but i have been getting this same message when ever I'm recording or playingback most the time but I cant find a solution. "The operating system held off interrupts for too long. If this occures frequently, try increasing the "H/W buffer size".

I installed Logic Pro 8 on my Imac (running OS Tiger and Pro Tools LE 7.3) two days ago, and a message appears when opening Logic: "Error Code 28773 was returned by the Audio driver".
Digidesign HW (002) is selected as the audio device in logic preferences.

Hello everyone, I have a little problem with the Sonar 6 LE maybe you could help.

So everytime I go to check my hotmail, safari stall between 3 links then constantly loops between them, then I get page errors. But if I reset safari, everything works but only for one shot. This is not a recording question, but a lot of us are Mac users.

I have one unit NOS (new old stock), when I power it up, unit works - display lights, buttons works. But If I load eny MD 74min or eny other ( I tried new blank 74 min Sony and recorded Sony MD 74min) the unit shows message ERROR in the display immediately. No pick-up moving, I do not hear eny voice of the transport. The unit not load the TOC. If I eject the MD, message goes out too.

While boucing a stereo mix down to a stereo track (via sending all tracks to a bus and then using that bus as the input to a stereo track, then sending that track to the main outputs), I get the following message after about two minutes:

Today I got a weird error when trying to bounce a mix ive been doing..

Any ideas ?
Computer is a stable PC with 2 gig of ram blah blah, no problems before today.

I tired restarting and rebouncing to no avail...

I keep getting a CPU overload error in Pro-Tools when I bounce. My session is 1 stereo track with no plugins. A stereo master with MaxI'm and dither on it. 24/48k. Low latency is off. When I bounce, I set the conversion quality to low. The HW Buffer size is 1024 samples, 90% CPU usage and 2 processor for the RTAS processor. My Computer info is Below.

My systerm : MAC Pro 2.66 /3GB/250GBx4 OS10.4.9
When i pluged the digitranslator sI'm card to my ilok and imported an omf file 2.0 file in Pro Tools tdm 7.2,i got an error dialog.
