Hiiiii guys, so i've got the M-Audio Delta 10in/10out and i'm loving, hooked it up to the mixer, doing al sorts of stuff, you know...
Now I was wondering if you guys could help me with this...

I will be recording shortly..
The main control room will be about 20-30 meters from the rec studio as I want to track drums in a big room.
I want to run headphone mixes to the band in the rec studio from the headphone amp/mixer in the Control Room (30 metres away).

What is a good pair of headphones for listening to music ? Price range...up to a 100 bucks or so, cheaper the better, but want a decent pair.

My interface only has one headphone output, but I have just discovered that a friend will be visiting over the weekend to see we can jam and record together.

Having only one headphone output, I have thought about purchasing a headphone amp with more outputs, but then it occured to me that maybe the patchbay could do a job of splitting the signal.

It's quite difficult to get decent headphones out here, reasonably priced.

I am being offered the Roland RH200s headphones for a fair price, and am intrested in picking up a few. My requirements would range from monitoring to mix refrence (live and in the studio).

I'd like to buy some new headphones. I'll be using them to mix and record my own stuff. That will probably make it a closed model.

Then the guy in the store says to me that mixing is preferably done with a half open model because they sound better. Is that true?

I used to have and like a Sennheiser HD250. That one is all worn down.
