Affordable yet high quality headphone amp and earpiece combo
Hey everybody, I was wondering what would be a good start for a 4 channel headphone amp for me to use while laying out a Guitars / Drum track both individually but in the same performance and what would be some affordable headphones to use along with it?
Thanks,
Jonathan Soliman
Headphone Amp
Yeah, I know this has been discussed before, but it hasn't helped me make up my mind. This has been at the bottom of my list. I have a Behringer unit that I paid about $30 for. Of course, it has more features than anything under $1000 but sounds bad. Still. it's not in the signal chain so I put off upgrading.

CME Audio Matrix Headphone Amp
So I need a headphone amp to run 4 sets of 'phones this weekend. I ordered a B******r AMP800 online, mainly for the low price and the fact that their headphone amps seem to be the only products they offer that don't get regularly shredded here on RO.

Headphone mixer for Firestudio
Hey,
I've got a Firestudio and I want to get some sort of a headphone mixer so that at least 4 people have separate headphone mixes while tracking. I pretty sure the Firestudio can do this. Any recommendations?
Thanks

Question on headphones
I have to use headphones for basic recordings of guitar, vocal..ETC:
I can only use monitors at certain times due to were I'm living at the moment.
I have to due a basic eq of the guitar, vocal, etc. thru the cans...then due a total eq and mix thru the monitors when I can.
What I don't want, is an eq thats really..OFF. due to doing it thru the cans.

Monitor/Headphones question
I am looking into some monitors, such as some of the Behringer Truth models (I can get a good deal at the store I work at) and hook them up to my computer for recording. I noticed that there isn't any type of headphone jack on them.
How can I fix this so I can use headphones with these monitors?

Can anyone recommend some good studio headphones.
Hi,
I'm looking for a decent pair of headphones for recording and I'm a bit lost.
Any ideas on make and models?
Is it better to have closed, half open, semi open?
Also I'm thinking of getting the KRK Rokit RP5's for monitors.
I've heard ther good.
Any opinions?
Cheers
multiple headphones using Pro Tools?
I have an mbox2, and it only has one headphone output on it. This output is the only way to hear what's happening in Pro Tools through headphones. If i'm running a session, and my singer is in the other room recording with headphones, how would I go about listening to it at the same time?

Headphone cable
I am building a recording studio that will have 8 headphone circuits. I need to install the cable. The input of the cables will be 1/4" stereo plugs and the outputs will be 1/4" jacks built into electrical boxes with cover plates. I can't use a snake due to the geography of the studio. What kind of cable should I use. Size, type, etc?
