Are there any studio-worthy clip-on tom mics?
I have been using Sennheiser 421's for tom mics since I started recording a few years ago. They're great mics for toms but they're sooooo big and sometimes hard to position depending on the drummer's setup.
Studio Projects C4 mic clips
I bought some SP C4's a month or two ago and the damn mic clips are too big to hold the mics.
Because of this I havn't been able to use them.
I really wonder what they sound like? :?
Can anybody help? How do I get new ones to replace these?

Good mic for clip-on Sax
Does any of you have a good suggestion for clip-on mics for a Sax?
Usually this is more a live issue. But thats exactly what I will be tracking over the next few months.
The player wants to move, and not be limited by a mic position.
Thanks
Albert Jochems
