Cubase LE4 Midi Editor - ran out of room

trying to self teach myself Cubase LE4. I just started MIDI sequencing today and could not figure out how to open the Midi Key Editor with a blank slate so I recorded some scrap MIDI then was able to open the editor. Problem now is that I am out of room, I hit the end to the right and I cannot figure out how to extend this window?

Syncing a midi track to Pro Tools grid

I have a very technically proficient metal band coming to the studio soon (think the Faceless meets opeth), anyway I just switched from Audition to Pro Tools recently and this band has written all their music into Guitar Pro and can export their songs as midi information from the program, therein lies the question:

Laptop Audio - MIDI (playback) support

Hey,

This specific question is very loosely about "recording", I guess. I need to know what to look for in a laptop audio-wise to play with Reason. My current (general-use) laptop won't even play back MIDI sound to install Reason. I just want to be able to fool around with ideas on the laptop, then bring the projects to my desktop. Controller input isn't even necessary.

Good midi keyboard recommendation? Need2 Change VST w/ pedal & non-distorted sounds?

I currently have a Yamaha YPT-400 Keyboard and I wanted to upgrade my midi capabilities. I want to do more with it, and sometimes when I press 5 keys at once, my VST gets distorted. (left hand stops even though Im holding the note. Not sure if that's keyboard related)

Anywho

Dual-Core DAW build - MIDI Recording No Physical

Hello, I fell upon the forum 4 days ago and have been reading and searching many posts. It helped me narrow down very much what I am looking for but I remain with some questions. I am very new at music production.

I am aiming to build a dedicated DAW mainly to produce house/electronic music. I will be doing no physical voice or instrument recording. Here is what I have as a PC.
