If so . Was it an easy DIY ?

I have one here that Id like to love more.
I used it a lot when first bought and It helped me get some really harsh mixes
through my daw.
I would like to see it be more useable.

I have recently acquired a 24CH, 200B, with the two sweeping mid EQ's.(for $300 I got the mixer and a bunch of other gear). There is no hum in the power supply or the board, no scratchy pots or sliders, and everything seems to work well. I want to use it for recording, using a line off the INSERT jack to LINE IN on my converter.

I have 4 specific questions.

I've come up with a bunch of mods for our Wheatstone TV-600 console that drastically improve the functionality. The mods should also work for other models from the early 1990's. You'll need a schematic to find the equivalent circuit points.

Have you ever done a mod to the http://www.rode.com/faq/product/classic2 ? They have the NOS 6072 valve in them. Would you recommend anything done to it? If so, what could one expect as an improvement?
