Dell crap- NO PCI SLOTS

I bought a Dell computer with an i7 a month ago. I want to use it for several things, but I was hoping to record on it as well. I told the MicroCenter employee this. I saw the 4 PCI slots in the back and felt comfortable. It is a fast PC. A month later, I open up the back to stick in a sound card and see it has only one slot- which is currently occupied by a graphics card.

Mobo Recommendation --- Need 4 PCI Slots.

Hi,

Sorry, but I get confused. About 2.5 years ago I got an AMD X2 4400 that has served me -very- well. However, I need another computer now to run Adobe In Design and Flash and I was thinking I could take this thing and re-purpose it for that and get a new PC to take me into the next 2-3 years with Windows 7.

Moving from Pc to Mac Pro now i need to go from pci to ?

Hi there, i am currently running a Pc with Samplitude and my sound cards are m-audio delta 1010 and delta 44 pci cards. i am considdering buying a mac pro and using logic 8 but this move will mean that i have to sell my pci cards and move to firewire or pci express sound cards as the mac pro does not have pci slots.
