Hey

I am using pro tools 7.1, with an M-box 2, running win xp pro sp2. But sometimes when i want to make a fade (normaly a cross fade), i get an error message saying something about the fade being outside region bounds or there not being enough audio pressent in the region. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hi I'm going into music production and my school uses Pro Tools and i want to get pro tools to use on my own computer. Do you have to use digidesigns hardware to work with Pro Tools? I have one of the new Alesis Multimix firewire mixers that i love, is that compatible with Pro Tools? So basically can i just buy the software and use it with what i have already? or do I have to buy the m-box?

I have been using a Roland 1880 for years now and I have decided to slowly move over to computer (pc) based recording. I track drums and full bands on the 1880 and will eventually want to be able to do that on the PC. For now due to the lack of funds I was thinking of getting the Fast track Pro interface and Pro-tools M-powered. Is this a recommended route?

Hey, I'm a Pro Tools user and I'm being forced into a sound forge system. anyone able to help me? I need to take out some pops and breathing sounds in the audio, but I don't know how to chain my plugins or use them in real time, or even crossfade on this thing. NO MIXER WINDOW!

If anyone can give me a hand, i'd appreciate it. Thanks.
