does anyone know if the C02 stereo pair is any good. i am looking to use them as drum overheads and they seem to be the only matched pair in my price range. does anyone know if there are any other better ones in this range? or are these any good?

Is there a way I can hear myself in my headphones while i'm recording I can only hear the beat. Any application I can get?

Maybe its just me - but I'm working with Resolve 50a's. When I mix on these baby's I take my time, get the mix RIGHT where I want it, then record live from my MPC straight into Cool Edit... Believe me, Before I burn the mix onto the CD, my mix is sounding rich - a full, even sound.

Hi everyone, i purchased the samson c01u, i can record perfectly, but i can't hear what i'm recording, i know that the mic is like this, but i really need help, i really would like to hear what i'm singing, thanks...

I am using a seven piece samson drum mic set.
-2x o/head condensers
-1x snare
-3x toms
1x kick.

Does anyone else use these mics, or had any experience with them?

If so any inherent issues with them?

Any tips for thier use?

How do they go with other instrument recording? If OK what combinations?

Engineers told me there was a way to avoiding clipping, no matter how loud I speak on the microphone. But the case was not true. I purchased this compressor, and even when I talk loud, it goes past the 0db, how can I make it function correctly?

I need to buy a set of drum mics and my budget is not even enough to buy one REAL mic. My kit is pretty big (2 snare, 4 tom, 1 BD, and 7 cymbals) and I want the sound of close Micing the toms so that rules out the 2 overheads and a bass mic method. Its between the CAD pro-7 pack and the Samson 7 or 8 kit. They both have good reviews considering thier price. Does anyone have any insight?

hi, i just got this usb mic and they said i do not need preamp or anything like that..but i tried to record.. the volume is slow and its mostly on the left speaker.. whats the problem here..I'm frustrated coz i got this for 100 bucks .. pls advice
