I can buy a Four channel Sytek or a two Channel Sebatron for around the same price. Obviosly these are two different animals with different flavors. And I alredy have one Sytek.

First let me apologize for my first and only question on here about the thorax price. i think I made it a poll by accident. I do not check this site everyday so I just got a chance to respond to Sebatron . The comparable example of channel strips I gave were Avalon vt-737, Focusrite isa 220 and UA 6176.

hi seb,i'm not sure if you remember me.I was the one that helped you back on stage when you fell off during that gig at the station hotel ( back in '93).First let me say congratulations on your success,you certainly didn't let on you were such a whizz back then although i think you mentioned you were playing through one of your custom amps at that show.

There's been lots and lots of talk about the Sebatron preamps, but has anybody used the VEQC-2000 comp/EQ? Has anyone used it for tracking, in particular?

I noticed the Sebatron vmp-4000E quad pre has gone up in price here in Australia. So now it's around the same price a Focusrite ISA428 (Neve design pre)quad pre.Hmmm
