Greetings everyone. I hoping that someone out there may be able to help me out. I've been out of the music mixing scene for a few years now since the music industry downward spiral of 01. I use to work as an assistant at The Record Plant. Ive spent the last 8yrs in the world of post production. With the way things are these days, i have a yearning to spend more time in the music world again. Blah Blah Blah ... anyway, Im looking for some tracks to practice on. If anyone knows where i can get my hands on some dry tracks to mix in my home studio, or someone willing to share some tracks. I cant promise anything in return but good will. Im hoping that i can get comfortable with my chops again and then start mixing music for a living once again. I'd even mix for those who either dont have a studio or have relativley low expectations (which I'm sure i can surpass). I'd be willing to take Pro Tools sessions or raw audio files (of any variety). Im looking for rock, jazz, or pop. If anyone can help or point me in another direction, your help would be appricated.
you can post a reply or contact me directly: tzolkinmedia(at)hotmail

Thanks
